Yes, on gentle cycle in warm water. Do not put in the dryer as Bamboo dries twice as fast as regular cotton. You may dry clean. Lay flat to dry. Do not bleach. Iron on low heat.

No, It will not shrink. Yes, it will stretch as it conforms to your body, just like cotton.
Can I have alterations made to crochet clothing?
Yes. The clothing may be sewn, however, material can not be cut off! Doing so, will cause the article to unravel.
